Boundary to boundary construction resulted in the careful planning for materials handling on site, whilst the acoustic requirements due to the site being within the Sydney Airport flight path resulted sealing challenges. The face brick façade, within a heritage conservation area, was meticulously planned and detailed prior to commencement.
