Maintaining a prominent corner location, The Grosvenor’s unique key feature was its industrial streel structure. The structure was multi-purposed, providing privacy and a visual barrier to the upper level breezeways and on grade parking, whilst also acting as a base for the landscaped climbers. The contrasting materials of face brick, cladding, steel and off form concrete required meticulous detailing, planning, supervision and execution.
