An award winning exclusive new residential development situated in Double Bay. The dramatic 3 storey sandstone rockface at the rear boundary was cut back by 1m, stabilised by shotcrete and then replicated by a stone craft specialist back to its original appearance. The exposed in-situ formed concrete wall, ground conditions and narrow setbacks, were all tackled by Technical Works through meticulous programming, detailing and execution.
